Hampton Inn and Suites Michigan City

The breakfast was awesome with a huge selection and all of it was very good. The room (suite) was extremely well laid out & very comfortable. The location is great with everything you could want right nearby. The entire staff from check in, (Stormy was exceptionally helpful) to housekeeping were friendly & the most genuinely helpful I've ever encountered. This hotel is managed very well. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was fine, employees were polite and helpful. However I will not use Bookings.com again. Had good luck in past but the price for this hotel was riidiculous. I saw a much lower price the day before we left and they would not honor it without jumping through hoops. I'm 78 years old, I don;t know how to download etc any of the computer stuff they wanted. They make it difficult enough you just give up. The hotel gave us a better price for the first night. I trusted Booking..com for the best rate and they have done so before. Big failure this time and won't be using them again.

Location was good. Good within walking distance.

how quickly I was able to check in, how friendly the staff was, how clean everything was, it was a quite comfortable place to stay for what we needed! great value as well for what we paid.

The room was nice and clean. The whole hotel was nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good.
